You cannot expect that game progression will be higher with only 1 out of possible 30 points. You shoud have captured some stones to get higher progression and thus opponent be able to resign.(you cannot resign below 50% progression in any game)

You can notice à Can't stop, the % is 50% from the 1st move. The % could increase faster at Blooms, too.
