Every time I conquered a region, the dice button was displayed as if I didn't have enough units, but I had.
The log was explicitly saying I havn't enough units.
(Sorry, i didn't screen the moment). After seconds (the classic timer), the button disappear and I can play without problem.
But maybe the game can be broken if the player push the button ? I didn't try.
