After filling this out, there is some dispute over whether or not we created an entirely new game between games 1 and 2 or if someone hit the rematch button. Certainly, between games 2 and 3, someone hit the rematch button. It's reasonable (and probably good) that a rematch results in the same order. If we did hit the rematch button between games 1 and 2, then maybe there should be some additional language that a rematch will result in the same player order.

It is rather frustrating to have the game say that a rematch has been detected and that player order will be randomized only to get the exact same player order every time.

Rematch keeps the same order on any BGA game, no bug here.

If rematch should keep the order, that's fine, but the text says that the player order is swapped.

Perhaps we need to file a bug at BGA itself, then? Could you please direct us?

Maybe the error is then in the copy? Because the game explicitly tells us that, because it's a rematch between the same players, that the order will be changed, and it never, ever is.

I think this message is juste telling you the first player was changed, which does not really latter in a papayoo game.

No, the message is not telling you the first player is changed. That's not what the words in that message mean.

Additionally, it would benefit the game to have the order switched up when the same people are playing multiple times, since you aren't always passing and receiving cards from the same two people.

Again, this is a global bga feature, nothing game specific so nothing i can do. Please post a bug report on bga category if you think rematch message is confusing.
