Ok, I see it, so you tried to play "That's Mine" as during-turn action (with the wormhole), but then after other players Surprised you, you were able to use it again as a Surprise out-of-turn in the surprise queue, as if it was still in your hand (which in fact technically it was - we keep it in your hand until the whole Surprise queue is resolved).
So I need to check to prevent players using the very first card starting the Surprise queue again (if that happens to be a Surprise Action card itself)

Should be fixed now, you won't be able to use the original Surprise Action card (that is waiting to get played - or not) again in the surprise queue
