I cant find the official rules of splito but it seems to me that each card should be present just once.
Since move 7 we had the orange 2 twice -

Thanks for reporting. In fact, there are 2 copies of each non-objective card. Here's an excerpt from the rules:
“Splito” cards only serve to meet the requirements set by the objectives
(72 cards: 2 sets of each of the 6 values in each of the 6 colours).
