Other combinations with the same rules include straight flush, and straight flush as well as four of a kind should be able to beat any combination including single cards, pairs, three of a kind, or any five cards. At least, this is the rule in Taiwan. Also, under Taiwan's rules, players should not be able to play three of a kind, and only a full house is a valid combination. Providing this information may help you establish more versions of the rules.

I am not aware of gameplay outside of Taiwan, so the above may be specific to Taiwan only. However, it is also possible that other players have encountered the same issue.

As this variant is uncommon and requires major changes, I'm not adding this one.

I feel like it would be better if you put in a bunch of options for rule changes. Like it's best for you to do that since considering the fact where I live we only play Four of a Kinds and Straight Flushes on any single 2s as a bomb, not on any card. (Note: If a Four of a Kind or Straight Flush was used to beat a single 2, the player who has last played the 2 or bomb will lose automatically.) And if one of those two combinations were played on a normal card, it is not considered a bomb, but a normal combination. This is usually played in Indonesia and possibly other country where people play Big 2.

No, I cannot add all variants in the world.
Also, adding too many variants is actually not a good idea as it splits the player pool and confuses players played by different rules.
By the way, the rule you described sounds too similar to Tien Len.

Tien Lien actually has a bunch of different rule sets to that, however those two games are similar with the exact same goal, which is to discard all of your cards first.
