I've set NZ-friendly playing hours but anyone can join in
I would like all players to be kind to those who run out of time and not ping them if they are a few hours late, especially since I have made it more friendly for Kiwi players. This is in direct response to my friend being skipped even though she plays at least 3 times a day and was still skipped anyway because the majority of the players were in a US time zone. That is what sometimes happens with the 24 hour setting our time zone is a minority one. Sorry for the long explanation. I'm hoping for a successful tourney
